Which documents to submit?

The documents to be submitted depend on your status and the type of travel you wish to do.

For submission of the visa application in Kenya, you will find a detailed list of documents required for each visa application on the TLS website.

Long-stay visa applicants from the Seychelles, the Comoros and scholarship students from Madagascar can find the documents that apply to them and that need to be submitted below (mainly in French).

Medical certificate

Certified doctor in Madagaskar: 

• Centre Hospitalier de Soavinandriana (at the HOMI 4th floor) in Antananarivo;

Certified doctors in the Seychelles: 

• Seychelles Hospital, in Mont Fleuri;
• Le Chantier Health Services (Docteur Jivan) in Mont Fleuri;
• EuroMedical Family Clinic (Docteur Vladimir) in Eden Island and Providence;
• Doctor Murthy's Medical & Gastro Clinic in Victoria and Anse Aux Pins;
• Doctor Chetty Health Center in Victoria and Praslin.

Certified doctors in the Comoros: 

• In Grande Comore (Ngazidja), El Maarouf hospital;
• In Moheli, Fomboni hospital;
• In Anjouan, Hombo hospital.
